Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing is a tool available to public and private workers whose objective is to regulate and facilitate the process of reporting violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or the private entity, of which the reporting person, the so-called “whistleblower”, has become aware in his/her work context, providing significant forms of protection for those who make the report.
In giving effect to the regulations introduced with the entry into force of Legislative Decree 24/2023 on 03/30/2023 regarding Whistleblowing, Thierry Rabotin S.r.l. has activated an ad-hoc platform for all those who intend report any violations of national and European legislation that damage the integrity and reputation of our company while guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the person making the report.
